Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any dive computers or accessories back to our facility.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused item in its original retail packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and screen protectors are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of your package and ship it via a tracked carrier to the designated Shearwater service center in your region.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
